? It looks like oysters are being treated like stocked trout. The state puts them in, maintains the waterways and bars, and people catch them back. The difference is that fishermen's trout stamps pay for it all, unlike oyster grabbers.We should do like agriculture and pay them not to harvest for a few years, to let the oysters replenish naturally.
