Bob Cook: City Council needs a mature, experienced and proven leader

I am writing to strongly endorse my longtime friend, Jack Heath, for the Salisbury City Council District 2 seat.

I am totally convinced a person of Heath's experience, knowledge and maturity would bring much-needed change to our city government.
