TASLEY The front cover of the local Tourism Commission's Eastern Shore visitors guide this year includes a large photo of a family splashing in the waves.

A banner over it reads "Eastern Shore of Virginia," and the Eastern Shore's tourism logo and slogan, "You'll Love our Nature," emboss the photograph.

But the photo is of professional models at an undisclosed beach, a quick Internet search showed. ...
