SU baseball opens with big goals

In each of the past 13 seasons, the Salisbury University baseball team has advanced to NCAA regional play. The Gulls will kick off the 2013 regular season today with a home match against Virginia Wesleyan and an eye toward extending their regional streak and producing a long playoff run.

"We want and we expect to win our conference championship, that is where we start," said Doug Fleetwood, SU's baseball coach.
