LOCAL ROUNDUP: UMES sophomore Jones honored

University of Maryland Eastern Shore sophomore KyRee Jones was named to College Hoops Daily First Half of Season All-Conference Team.

Jones is the team's leading scorer, with an average of 16.6 points per game, with a career-high of 28 points against Houston Baptist.

Jones scored 24 points against Maryland and 25 points against Cincinnati. He is also averaging 2.8 assists per game, shooting 40 percent from the field and shooting a team's best 88 percent at the free-throw line.High School Girls Basketball ...
