The Cultured Pearl in Rehoboth Beach has made its reputation on fresh sushi and other Asian specialties.

The menu isn't just sushi at The Cultured Pearl.
"Even after 20 years, a lot of people still have the perception that we're a sushi bar only," said head chef Rob Wood. "We have a full kitchen that ranges from Japanese to Korean to Thai, as well as some good old-fashioned American."
The staff of master sushi chefs comes from around the world, including Master Sushi Chef Hiro Sano. On a busy summer night, there will be up to 20 chefs working between two kitchens, to serve up to 700 dinners, all hand-made to order. The restaurant seats about 270 people. ...
