Attorney General Beau Biden said today he will not pursue additional criminal charges against pediatrician Earl B. Bradley, beyond crimes for which Bradley has already been convicted and sentenced, because it would require the alleged victims to testify in open court about the abuse.
Bradley was sentenced to 14 life terms and 164 additional years in prison in August 2011, based on charges in an indictment that compiled evidence he'd abused more than 100 young patients during office visits to his pediatric practice.
