A rich slice of colonial history is coming to the Eastern Shore on Saturday, Feb. 9.
The Ballet Theater of Maryland will present "Frontier: The War of 1812," at the Mar-Va Performing Arts Center.
The multimedia presentation, hosted by the Worcester and Somerset County libraries, was inspired by letters and memoirs written at the time, and is set to new-age music by Grammy-nominated composer David Arkenstone. The program was conceived by Ballet Theatre of Maryland Artistic Director Dianna Cuatto, who came up with the idea after moving to Maryland from Utah. ...
