For years, humans have had the chance to run into the ocean during the coldest time of the year to raise funds for Special Olympics Delaware. But this year, pooches get to be top dog.
A part of the annual Polar Bear Plunge will be devoted to dogs as the Pooch Plunge will make its debut the day before their two-legged friends' event.
