We are almost one month into the new year. How are you doing on your New Year's resolutions?
I don't usually make a big deal out of making resolutions, but I generally pause for a few moments to consider what I'd like to do in the kitchen in the new year. Some years that means trying out new recipes in order to add five great ones to my recipe notebook. Sometimes it means making a pledge to master more vegetable dishes, or try a new sauce.
