Snow has been pretty disappointing this winter in Delaware, if you're a kid. There hasn't been enough to build a good snowball, let alone something bigger and more fun.
That doesn't mean that snow-based creations are out of the question, though. As the Delaware Children's Museum has shown, a little ingenuity and some garbage is all it takes to make a winter wonder-house.
