Female driver, 3 children hospitalized after Laurel crash

LAUREL, Del. ---- A driver and three children were hospitalized Wednesday evening after a single-vehicle accident at the line that divides Delaware and Maryland near Laurel. Injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
