Berlin's Merial Select to close

Merial Select will close the doors of its Berlin facility in 2014, the company has confirmed.

Most of the site's 45 employees will lose their jobs.

A statement from Merial said the company made the decision to close the Avian vaccines manufacturing site, located just across Route 50 at the North Main Street intersection, and transfer the production of its Avian vaccines to other sites in the United States. ...
